Add your contact, vehicle and module info, and upload photos if you can.
Step 2
Pay securely
Pay $150 CAD (plus tax) by card or PayPal at the bottom of the form.
Step 3
Ship your module
Wait for our confirmation email, then ship to 58 Bramalea Rd, Brampton, ON L6T 2W8.
Step 4
Get it back
Approximately 72 hours after we receive it. We email you tracking on return.
