How does airbag crash data reset work?

After deployment, an SRS module stores crash data that prevents the airbag light from clearing. We connect your module on the bench, erase the crash data and stored hard codes, and verify the module is ready for re-installation. No new parts required in most cases.

How long does turnaround take?

Most modules are processed within 72 hours after we receive them. Add return shipping time based on your location in Canada or the USA, typically 1 to 6 business days.

Do you ship to and from the USA?

Yes. We accept modules from every US state and ship the finished unit back via UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking. Cross-border customs paperwork is prepared by us.

What shipping carrier should I use?

Use any tracked, insured carrier you trust. Inside the USA, UPS, FedEx and USPS Priority Mail all work well. Inside Canada, Canada Post Xpresspost or Purolator are popular choices.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All customer module data is handled under strict confidentiality, used only for the requested service, and never shared with third parties. Modules are processed in a controlled shop environment.

What modules can you clone?

We support most European, domestic and Asian ECUs and BCMs from Bosch, Continental, Siemens, Denso, Delphi, Magneti Marelli, Hitachi and more. Send us your part number and we'll confirm compatibility before you ship.

What happens if my module cannot be repaired?

Our repair and recovery work is no-fix, no-fee. If we cannot restore your module, you do not pay the service fee, only the return shipping cost. Reset and cloning services do not apply to this policy as they are evaluated up front.

Do I need to provide a donor module for cloning?

For ECU and BCM cloning, yes. You need to provide a compatible donor unit (same part number where possible). We can advise on donor sourcing if needed before you ship.

Will my keys still work after cloning?

Yes. When we clone the original module's immobilizer data to the donor, your original keys continue to work without re-programming.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes. Our work carries a workmanship warranty against defects in the service performed. Hardware failures unrelated to our work are not covered.

How do I pay?

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers and e-transfer (Canada). For US customers, we typically invoice via card or wire. Payment is usually collected before return shipping.

Can I get a quote before shipping?

Absolutely. Please use our online form or WhatsApp to send module details. We'll reply with a written quote and shipping instructions within business hours.
